When I plot cells using stat['xpix'] and stat['ypix'], they look quite different from the mean image in ops['meanImg'], though the overlay is perfect in the GUI. I'm not sure why this discrepancy is happening (pictures below). The cells look to be roughly 2x as large when plotting xpix/ypix.
