On the suite2p pipeline, I was wondering if I can use the same cell masks that I get on higher resolution data and apply it to a lower resolution data (acquiring on the same exact FOV)? For example, can I run the ROI generation once on the higher resolution data and apply the same masks for the rest of the lower resolution data (if I have like 3 or 4 from the same exact FOV).
