Wrote a pipeline that creates directories and moves files as needed and then automatically runs suite2p. Ran into issue when using both ops data_path and save_path where using a list for save_path produces error that a list is not an acceptable input and using a string works. The documentation implies that save_path should be a list. This should be fixed.
