I am using the 'spikedeconvolution_standalone.m' script to deconvolve the spike of the Gcamp8m signal. I was trying to set the tau to 0.1; however, many of the different cells' fluorescence traces didn't get deconvolved. It works well with a 0.5s decay constant though. I think it is likely happening during deconvL0 processing. Could someone help me in this regard? I am using MATLAB deconvolution pipeline to work it out.
