Donations into giraffe #277

Merging in the changes related to the donations refactor/redesign. This has been thoroughly vetted on Donations pages; my major concern is that it may have unforeseen consequences in other types of pages, like Surveys.

I've manually checked this for surveys, donations and /me pages. However, I am not sure what else to check. You can load this css using template_set=aili_donations_into_giraffe

After manually testing on all types of pages (as identified by Kathy---thank you!), I have verified that there are no changes to pages other than donations from this css update.
