Right now every commit will cause a build to trigger. Right now this ain't a big problem, but once we want to do actual auto release builds this will become a big issue.
I think we should setup per-branch build configurations and this is what should happen per branch
master: Full build - also release on github so everyone receives an update
feature/.*: Run tests (These are not created yet, so for now lets do a full build too but not push to github)
PS: PR's should only run tests once those are ready
