Graph layout performance #112

The graph layout is currently pretty slow and blocks the UI noticeably. Possibly improvements:

Make pathfinding more efficient
Offload computation to a webworker

Improvements for efficiency:

Don't destroy and reload graph component when the tab is toggled away
Pre calculate the grid (as it is does not change)
Replace A* with a simpler algo
