chore: migrate imports and remove jcenter #32

not sure where VersionInfo.getVersion() comes from but I was able to migrate the rest of the repository and and remove refrence to jcenter. any clue about how this works in regards to Terasology and what I should expect? @keturn @skaldarnar

The README has instructions how to start it, and the repo links to a forum thread with further information. I also don't remember how this was used, but I supposes these changes can't make it worse...
