Gooey should offer a simple command to create a module repo on demand in the Terasology organization on GitHub. We've had this working before via @simplyianm but other parts were not ready yet (and some still aren't like #5)
This step should be part of the big new module creation process
There should be a second similar option to create a meta module but this should be independent as it won't always be needed
