Follow-ups after LWJGL3

Some work which needs done #3969:

[ ] Make SplashScreen works on MacOS During #3969 SplashScreen did migrate from Swing to GLFW+OpenGL because Swing prevent create OpenGL context in game (some deep swing magic). Current SplashScreen implementation(after #3969) uses separate Thread for handling events from system it is permit by MacOS system. My offer: implement separate system with separate thread(must be main thread) for handling only all graphics calls. It must can receive some listeners for external handlers(especially facade's SplashScreen rendering/handling)
[x] Migrate controller input from Jinput to LWJGL3 - #4218 Lwjgl3's GLFW have methods for handling controller's input. and jinput - is old library.
[ ] Migrate VR support from custom OpenVR binding to LWJGL3's OpenVR binding Our OpenVR library - custom builder by one of contributor on early version OpenVR. Now we can attach community supported OpenVR library.

Optional (for Vulkan support):

[x] Migrate OpenGL support to OpenGL 4 It needs some research for OpenGL3+ profiles and OpenGL 4 support by hardware. Seems 99% hardware can usage OpenGL4. Also needs reimplement shaders on GLSL4.
