we discussed this and agreed that the main dev language is and will continue to be English. Anybody wanting to join our dev community and contribute should be able to read and write English at least well enough to read our docs.
Any duplication and translation of our docs will lead to additional maintenance effort for updating the duplicate/translated version in case of changes or lead to confusion in case it's not updated.
These are the reasons why we don't want to introduce a duplicate or translation for our dev docs and why I'll close this PR.
