jenkins + artifactory url update #5240

fix broken jenkins job url, artifactory url, make lines a little shorter.

Is there a particular line length number at play here? I think for docs I've generally just let lines be however long then relied on the editor to word wrap. Code lines are a bit different

no, just driven by blindness on a small screen, i used no editor but web GUI of github which does not break lines automatic :) :)
