We have the main overview of the launcher project in the README, some old bits and pieces in the wiki and additional information in docs/.

[x] information is updated in README and docs/ (https://github.com/MovingBlocks/TerasologyLauncher/pull/676)
[x] relevant information is extracted from the wiki
[x] wiki is removed and disabled for this repository

I'd like to add some information about the maintenance of the launcher repo while at it:

briefly document that we're using Github Actions to build, test, and package the launcher
add information about third-party tools, e.g., check-run-reporter (how to log in and update the API token in GitHub secrets, for instance)
