Not quite done yet, but enough for tonight. Just focusing on overall structure and things building / going to the right places. More to come before merging this PR.

@Cervator Is this PR good to go? I can't comment on the changes you made for logistics, but I think some changes like the GL20 change you made are irrelevant since we're shifting to GL30.
