Ressurect the Editor! #37

After several long months, the Editor (and the demos) no longer work. That is going to change very soon.

This branch (and this PR) have been created for any kinds of suggestions/feedback anyone might have, before I merge it into develop. This will be a continuous process, and I'll update this post with each commit I make.

Made the loader-libgdx-demo functional again.
Fix all NPE in B2DE (in tandem with smr99's PR)

Hey @vampcat was #39 a replacement for this PR and if so should we close this one? :-)

Ah damn, I knew I had made it functional somewhere, I just forgot that it was in a PR xD

Yeah, let's close this one because the other PR takes care of this, and much more besides this.
