Integrates Aeryn. #16

Fixes #15.

I've updated the GitHub app permissions, so this should work. Once this is merged, we'll need to restart the Heroku server (and I'll need to disable my own Aeryn Heroku server).

@SD10 okay, feel free to merge when ready. Let me know once you've restarted the Peril server so I can turn off my Aeryn server.

Let's be on the look out for Moya PRs that should receive invitations to make sure that this works in production.
