Modify State machine to play titles right when user enters skill #129

Right now user can say "Alexa tell pocket to get titles" to play titles -or- They can say "Alexa Open Pocket" "welcome to pocket, you can say "get titles".... "Get Titles"

Change it so when they say "Alexa Open Pocket", the titles are automatically played.

@HugoRomano Let's rethink this. There is a privacy and confidentiality impact here.
