Make "Home Page" Mobile Compatible #29

Hello Contributor !! Before starting go through readme of this repo.

Add your "HomePage-MobileCompatible.css" CSS file in the CSS folder. The repository's home page is named as "index.html"; link it to your CSS file . This website is compatible to laptops/ desktops, we aim to make it compatible with mobile phones

Please don't make changes in nav bar

Please don't change any class names already present in file. If you are adding new class name or div make sure you mention it in description of the PR.

Feel free to comment and ask doubts regarding the same.
