UI Enhancement for Achievements Page #59

Redesign the "Achievements" page to improve the user interface and user experience. Create a page with Title, information (random) and grid layout depicting the achievements. Each card should display the photo, title and information regarding the same. You can also add animations and effects. Ensure that the design is responsive.
