actions: auto close issue after 14 days #444

@stlhood Should we auto-close issues after 14 days of inactivity?

I think GitHub issues represent real pain points for our people. So only people should close them. What I recommend doing is use our "awaiting response" tag to manage and track what issues are blocked on the user providing information. If three days go by and we here no response, then you should just close it. Be sure to mention that if the requested information is provided, you'll reopen their issue.
