It suggests me the tasks related to Javascript, Java, PHP, C, Rust, Python and C++ programming/scripting languages. That requires programming skills.

I am slowly working on generalizing whatcanidoformozilla.org, but http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/ is a better resource to link to until that is finished.
