Don't show grabbing cursor while map is locked

Since grabbing doesn't work while the map is locked, showing a grapping cursor makes no sense. I'd just show a normal cursor instead.

Thanks for reporting! This wasn't handled by the Mapbox/Leaflet API as expected. I've implemented it manually.
