What will happen in your session?
We will show data collected inside and outside the digital world about how fake news have violated the security and privacy of women belonging to vulnerable groups: ethnic, teenagers, single mothers, disabled, sexual orientation and immigrants. We also want to show how fake news on the internet have an impact on offline security.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
Prevent situations in the future with the learning and data collected so that other organizations, assistants or community members can implement the prevention measures we have designed in our society. All this with statistics, methodologies and work material that can be analyzed and adapted according to their needs.
If your session requires additional materials or electronic equipment, please outline your needs.
We only need something as a tv or projector in order to show our slides. We will bring with us printed material and fun stuff so people can enjoy our session.
