Mentioned names: Phil C aka @rzr, @ziransun @nherriot @benfrancis,
feel free to cc: other @mozilla-iot members like @hobinjk @mrstegeman @dhylands etc...
Again I am flexible I don't want to take others' slot since I can join mozilla-iot's plans, I'll be there anyway.
I guess "[YZ] Raspberry Pi Session" label can be added too @bunnybooboo ?
@rzr - Really looking forward to your demos, and hopefully also a presentation.
@rzr that label is specifically for the Youth Zone. They usually have a TON of workshops going on at once so the Pis can get thin on the ground!
We'll be a couple of weeks before we get through scoring proposals. Check out this recent addition from me on what to expect in the weeks ahead.
OK Got it ! I wasnt sure about 2d label if "Openness" is more relevant than "Decentralisation" because what I am about to talk about is 100% FLOSS.
Also I can speak French, but presentation will be in English.

Documentation material: https://github.com/rzr/webthing-iotjs/wiki
The talk will also mention about Open Source hardware for prototyping, as some new boards are now supported in:

cc: @leon-anavi , join MozFest or this talk if accepted ;)
How could we say no?? @rzr you've been accepted to the Mozfest 2018 schedule. Please look for email escalation from our team in the coming days.

What will happen in your session?
Mozilla IoT Webthing project is providing a framework and tools to deploy your own connected things local network. Many technologies are available to build the WebOfThings, a couple will be presented based on previous experiences such as IoT.js the IoT framework using javascript on Tizen:RT OS for micro controllers, and more.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
Note: I am in touch with MozillaIoT's Ben Francis and unofficially invited to share their booth about DiY devices, so If needed my proposal could be merged in this week end activity.
Provide a tutorial to get kickstarted by replicating minimal recipes, demos will be also shared.
Probably in the same style of previous lectures but I can adapt check: https://wiki.tizen.org/User:Pcoval
If your session requires additional materials or electronic equipment, please outline your needs.

Back to harware: Wire ethernet is a plus or SIM card with data plan but I have mine.
I assume power supplies will be available (EU format adapter)
but I am used to carry my devices packed in a suitcase, so I am rather autonomous,
for attendees/developers: some raspberries pi with sensors or basic electronic kits could help them to make the experience more enjoyable.
