What will happen in your session?
This session will build on other previous sessions to ask some big questions: we know things aren't as inclusive as they could be in digital and open spaces, but HOW BIG is the problem (and should we be quantifying it anyways)? How can we weave together the quantitative and the stories to encourage organizations to share who is at the table in their organizations and engagements, and use that information to audit and encourage meaningful change moving forward? Participants will tackle these big questions.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
To examine existing work and thinking, to listen to stories, and to begin to develop a tool or series of tools that looks at who is "at the table", how they are coming to it (or being excluded from it), and how to audit progress towards a more inclusive future going forward - participants will share their own personal anecdotes, but also helpful resources in the hopes of developing a standard approach to radical transparency around inclusion in digital and open spaces
