5 years ago Draft vision statement I’m working with organisers of participatory research projects from ECSA and the Living Knowledge Network to create resources and facilitate exchange on empowerment, inclusiveness & equity so that more people from more diverse backgrounds can participate in Citizen Science and Community-based Research activities, shape them according to their wishes and have impacts that address their needs.
I’m working open (1) to nurture a community around the topics of empowerment, inclusiveness and equity at ECSA; (2) to facilitate the collection and generation of high-quality, accessible and usable resources (guidelines, papers, etc.); and (3) to build a more open and participatory culture at ECSA, especially in this working groups, by creating an example of working openly and sharing workflows, tools and background concepts.
