Vision statement: I'm working with an international community of women and allies in the technology industry to build a repository of resources, tools, advice and community connections so that women in tech can not just survive their careers but flourish, access leadership and promote positive cultural change in industry.

I'm in love your mission statement and project!

This sounds like a great project which will benefit many women in tech. It will be interesting to see how you plan to build this repository, while reaching out to women in tech. How do you plan to build the 'community connections'? There may be more in this project plan than can be accomplished in the time frames, but it can continue building once it's developed. Helen

@arc64 It was great to connect with you during the Week 2 "Whale Songs" call! Your mission here resonates clearly with what we discussed and I understood of your project. I wonder a bit about the word "industry", which to me emphasizes the commercial arena. Is that the right way to understand the focus of your project? I almost wonder if it would be more compelling to remove that word in both places and just say something like: "I'm working with an international community of women and allies in technology to build a repository of resources, tools, advice and community connections so that women in tech can not just survive their careers but flourish, access leadership and promote positive cultural change."

I'm considering focusing on anti-harassment as an initial step
