Provide localized audio files for Call Power prompt

The next phase of the copyright campaign includes a "Call your MEP" component. The tool we're using allows us to use a customizable audio prompt at the beginning of the call, before the constituent is connected to the MEP.

For each language, we'll need to provide an audio file (either mp3 or ogg format) of this message:

"You are now being connected to a Member of the European Parliament that is working on Copyright Reform. Feel free to follow the script provided. Thank you for sharing your story."

Great input, I’ve asked Federica if she’s okay. @Melechuga would you have Toni’s email?

For FR, ES, PL, it would cost $1,250 to get it done professionally through our agency. It’s expensive because it includes casting, voice talent fees, demos, project management, recording, editing, mixing, and fulfillment to the spec. And we probably don’t need all that.

I’m asking how much it would cost if they get it done by translators on their laptops. (I would try to avoid doing French myself, I don’t think my voice would fit here)

French, Spanish and Polish have been requested yesterday to our vendor, I don’t know yet when it will be ready.

German should be done by Toni, hopefully. Italian will be done by Federica, maybe today
