Add direct link to Bank Transfer info on donate.mozilla.org #683

It would be great to have a link to "Bank Transfer" down at the bottom of donate.mozilla.org next to bitcoin and check that would link to the Bank Transfer section of the Ways to Give page, the same that the "Check" option does.

Messages about this that start with "I couldn't find anything about donating by bank transfers..." still account for a large proportion of donate@ emails.

(MattH removed the dates since this is still be to prioritized)

Note: The dates need to be exactly in the format indicated above for proper integration with the Gantt chart.
