• Document cross-team project collaboration with updates on Github in order to increase opportunities for cross-Mozilla collaboration
• Convene second cross-Hive retreat with initial planning for MLN program review and June All Hands
• Continue cross-Hub and MoCo collaborations to amplify and strengthen locally impactful Hive initiatives and convenings
• Explore cross-city communications opportunities such as an annual report.

WHAT HAPPENED in previous heartbeat (8/8-9/12)

• We've gathered resources and started to organize the shared drive to support the rest of the groups. We've explored what the needs might be in this area, created a skills inventory (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QdidcANe6h4AsDmwgIQ6SVVl7qto4VSGEsevnhQ4Ct4/edit#gid=0) and worked to get information from Lotta on internal communications to see where we can collaborate. (Lotta will be sharing her survey findings and solutions on our next MoFo monthly call.)
