"As the WBG holds the fiduciary responsibility for the trust fund, applicants need to show they have the endorsement of the relevant thematic and country/regional teams with the WBG."

"Please ensure that the local WBG team and Country Management Unit (CMU) is supportive of your application, as they will act as a liaison with you if your application is successful. The name of the participating WBG staff should be included as the ‘WBG TTL’ and this person will submit the application and help with securing the endorsement of their manager and that of the CMU."

Matt Hobson is the sponsor. If we decide to focus on a particular country, then we'll need to work with the Country Managing Unit.
