Description:

First of several workshops on how strategic partnership team will support MLN directors/hub leads with fundraising and grant management. This session will focus on overview of tools, processes including how to making a compelling case for $$, and grant management.

Time requirements: 2 hours

Space requirements: ample space for 10-12 people to move around

Required attendees: Amira, Simona, Kenyatta, Jenn B, Robert, Janice, Katie, Melissa, Sara, Michelle, Steph (Wright), Hana, Sam D, Meghan, Kaitlin

Dependencies: (Other sessions that need to happen before this one) none
