We get many many requests about practical matter that may or may not be on the Mana or people just need one on one info to make things clearer. As there are many new people, this could be an easy way to get people more comfortable on the who, what, when, where and why's or operational tasks. Topics: • A lightening quick review of the roles of all the staff and their areas of expertise • Why we need contracts and the quickest way to get them drafted • How to ensure you get reimbursed for all expenses as fast as possible, using Expensify • How to use expensify! • What is needed to get invoices paid • Travel Policies and why we do things in specific ways • Org Charts; What they are, how you can use them and modifications • Bugzilla; How to better use Buzilla • Conference call numbers; How to get your own conference room number! I would invite new hires to this as a refresher and for them to gain insight into why we do things a certain way. It

I see this as two complimentary methodologies. The on-boarding guide could be enhanced with this info but sometimes its the questions people ask that aren't even considered by our team.
