Goal- offering a Moz Badge for facilitators at the festival

Criteria for a Mozfest Facilitator badge

• [ ] Run a session at MozFest
• [ ] upload session notes
• [ ] attend at least one MozFest facilitator training thus gaining the knowledge of how to work in the open, facilitate like Mozilla and be part of our leadership development training
• [ ] other requirements? cc @chadsansing for advise on whether we need to ask for a demonstration of skills or further understanding of open web/core issues

@chadsansing have you had a chance to review the criteria? Anything we need to add?

If we want to use a kind of 2-factor authentication requiring proof of attendance at the facilitator's meeting, as well as proof of facilitating a session, maybe we distribute tickets or stickers or something at the meeting and ask people to return to their badging station after their sessions with that token and something made at the session and/or a link to online evidence of what they and learners did?

This feels like a completer badge for facilitators at MozFest, so I'm wary of giving it much more meaning than that. Totally works to alert facilitators to resources on working open and the open leadership series, but the badge shouldn't suggest they've gone deep into either given the limited amount of MozFest-specific time we'll have to evaluate them.
