Closed-captioning for D&Ds #151

On line 130 of the etherpad Mac said he can hook us up with a Closed-captioning provider.

This would allow us to live-stream to other areas in Ravensbourne - e.g. 4th floor common area, coffee zones - without sound.

Can you follow up with Mac and get a quote @marcwalsh?

Mac's company that he used at ViewSource are out of our budget for this. @Saallen has approached a couple of other companies who may be able to help.

@marcwalsh do you have an update I can share on the Brownbag? Have we confirmed the live transcription person?

We'll be using a remote, skype-based Closed Captioner for the D&Ds.

Re-opening - as it's worth decision if we will use the transcripts that AI have sent us to embed CC into the finalised videos.
