Unfolded size is A5 so front design should be half an A5. Fold can be vertical or horizontal. See this template thingy and these notes from the printer:
Tips for the preparation and printing of your file:
The optimal resolution for printing small format items is between 200 and 350 dpi.
Our checking procedure blocks files with a resolution below 72 dpi.
Please send us a PDF, JPEG or TIFF file with the following features:
Base: 21.2 cm
Height: 15.2 cm
Use the template to create your file correctly, and do not add crop marks.
(This is a nice to have.)
