Scope long term hosting of D&D videos #53

In addition to live streaming the D&Ds (ticketed here #48), we need to explore the long term application(s) for these videos.

Possibilities could include:

We're meeting with MoCo to get further information on plans for moz-owned websites (e.g. Mozilla.org). Following that, we can create a specific plan for hosting these videos after the festival.

@simonwex @KevZawacki - as discussed in today's meeting, during the festival we'll have the videos live-streaming on the landing page. After the festival, they will be archived on the landing page until the next major site re-design (sometime next year).

Note that the live-streams will not have bumpers (beginning and end cards with speakers names, MozFest logo etc.) We plan to produce an edited version with bumpers. These will need to replace the live-stream archives at some point.
