Plan for processing user feedback #16

Once we have the SurveyMonkey form up and running and start getting user feedback that way, who will be responsible for collecting that feedback and distilling salient points for us to act on?

@charissalaisy - is this something you imagine you would do? Or one of your colleagues?

Alternately, this might be a good task for a member of our design team to take on.

@charissalaisy drafted a plan for this (and it's inclusive of all kinds of feedback, not just the site survey), but implementing it is dependent on getting to the point where we're no longer "paused" on engagement.

Keeping this open, as I think we'll want to revisit.
