Book Christine's travel for Hawaii #27

@prefontaine I have more clarity now around the process for inviting contractors to Hawauu.

"There are space constraints for Hawaii (we've got the entire hotel booked, so we have no slack in supporting overage in our attendee numbers) and therefore, we will need to evaluate all requests for non-staff participation before we can approve any non-staff registration or travel booking. We cannot guarantee that there will be room for everyone."

Need to get written requests by September 7th. We will receive a response by October 30th.

We need to fill this out:

NON-STAFF PARTICIPATION REQUEST:

Your name: Contractor name: Contract start date: Expected contract end date: What they are working on:

How will this person’s attendance at our All Hands benefit Mozilla?

What is the risk if this person does not attend this All Hands?

@prefontaine I've taken a pass at that and have sent in. will let you know as soon as we hear back. But wanted to flag for you that we may not know for certain until Oct 30. though I will try to get an answer sooner.
