Also: what should we give ourselves as a deadline? Before your PTO? Aug 19? I feel like there is no easy time to do this!

I vote for the 1st fo sept- I also vote you add in Detroit as a gigabit city. I am thinking of going to view the viewsource venue in Sept in Berlin. Maybe you should visit Austin or another city if they are high on the list post Chatt?

I'm opening to visiting a city but that timing might not work out. It would be preferable to have the local Mozilla contact there to facilitate introductions, and the entire Hive crew will be in Chatt for the week after the 48h Launch.

I'll see what I learn in the SWOT.
