@joashMango @DuncanGW @secretrobotron I made a bunch of progress on the interview today. Please review and advise.

here is the current state:

I did a pass at every category, and I even added one : Discovery of product and services.

Feedback on the DFS category: I was super confused about some of the questions about DFS, I suggested to remove a few.

• Why are we talking about Airtel and Equitel and not Safaricom ?
• Are these follow up questions from an observation ?
• I grouped the gender & DFS questions together, and made them so that they could be answered by both genders. Since we are already diviging gender above, it was too complex to do it again.
• Some DFS questions are interesting, but I don't really see how they relate to the project. Please show me why im wrong 😄 I am ready to learn. In the meanwhile I flagged the ones that I did not see provide tons of value.

Feedback on the social media:

• The only question we have so far is to analyze people's usage of email. I am not sure that it is the most valuable data. We already know that people have trouble with email. Since we have already a lot of data on social media, then I suggest we remove this section entirely.

That was long, but I think we are in a better position now.
