@LauraReynal What kind of incentives have you been offering for the workshop attendance? Maybe that can help me think up ideas.
@WinnieMakokha it's been mostly cash. @JoashMango can provide more details I am sure.
Hi All,
We have been giving incentive in form of cash and yes it does play a role of making respondent attend the workshop though not all but for majority.
Give that majority if not 100% of our respondents earn below 500 and have casual jobs so for those who attend the workshops know that they will go home with some money as they have been given from the previous one, money that they cant earn even when they go to work on that day or if they decide to stay home as no one will give it to them.
Some respondents call or send messages of how grateful they are for being given the incentive.
Thanks Nekesa

Even that is cool to know. Can mention it in final report.
But we will have to note not all respondents attend because of the incentives case scenario in Kaimosi most of the respondents there own businesses and some are teachers employed by private schools they do attend because they want to learn some of the digital skills as opposed to being paid incentives. This is evidence when one can close the business just to attend the intervention.
👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 that's the best. Thanks @JoashMango. We should look for some quotes in the qual data to back that up, yes?
We wrote about this in the report already. Good job, team 👍 .
How do we measure the role of incentives? Is there any way to quantify it?
This is something that we should try to figure out before August.
