Need a plan for doing analysis that incorporates:

Daily WhatsApp log storage: let's test getting it off the phone, anonymizing it, and putting it somewhere safe (Google Drive?)
Daily analysis: set up a shared resource (Google Spreadsheet) in which @denomain, @Uwanja, and @Josiahma1 can share daily insights and chart progress
Weekly report: summary of what happened during the previous week, interesting observations, and what to change in the next week

TBD in detail on the 28th in Nairobi with @LauraReynal, @denomain, @Uwanja, and @Josiahma1.

We will send transcripts to a specific email address, and attempt to anonymize them to share/use more broadly.

Analysis/reporting will happen daily & weekly, and journals will be kept.
