List of design tasks for the report

Aside from the normal design pass on all the document, let's compile here the few specific tasks cc @secretrobotron @britburger

[ ] Overall: layout needs to be consistent and adhere to chapter hierarchy
[ ] Overall: we need new colour pallet and style
[ ] Overall: the reports needs a wayfinding, to enable people to know where they are in their reading
[ ] Cover: Needs special attention due to text over photo
[ ] Page X: Can the table of content be interactive, with links to the chapters?
[ ] Page X: This map needs a real graphic work. I've added text boxes with informations, but ideally they would be included in the map design as a whole image.
[ ] Page X: the project timeline can become graphic or stay a table, but it needs design for sure.
[ ] Page X: the list of skills needs graphic design, how can we illustrate different modules and make it easier for people to visualize what we identified
[ ] Page X: the comparative table for jisort, sterro and workshops needs graphic design
