[EOY] - Needs to be live by 11/16 - Set up Donate 'Ways to Give' page redirects #1765

Once https://github.com/MozillaFoundation/foundation.mozilla.org/issues/11372 is done and the password on /donate has been removed we need to redirect the old page https://donate.mozilla.org/ways-to-give to the new page https://foundation.mozilla.org/donate/ways-to-give/

[ ] Ask stakeholders to update any existing links they know of
[x] Redirect https://donate.mozilla.org/ways-to-give to the new page https://foundation.mozilla.org/donate/ways-to-give/
