Customize Wagtail Admin Interface Branding #1251

Referencing http://docs.wagtail.io/en/v2.0/advanced_topics/customisation/admin_templates.html we can customize the logo, favicon, 404 image and welcome message.

It isn't documented how to change colour or typography but @Pomax mentioned it is possible to override their CSS file to do so.

To keep things simple we can keep the wagtail teal and use the logo. If we can change the typeface headings to Zilla Slab that would be great but if it becomes an issue we can leave it as Open Sans. mozilla_wagtail-3 2x mozilla_wagtail-404-2 2x svgs are exported here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=141t51foQnDDMiiJ0Gcusk6bNNabOs9wt
