Request description

We are doing a sticker promotion for end of year fundraising. When the stickers are mailed out, we’d like to include a very simple thank you message for donors. Since it will need to be suitable for all locales, I was thinking we could do an image saying thank you in a bunch of different languages and perhaps add a badge or label that says ‘Mozilla donor’ or somehow acknowledges that they’re a donor. We have the option to display this image on a smaller sheet of paper that is 3.5 inches by 8.5 inches (leaving room for white border around the edge) – or we could do full letter size of 8.5 inches by 11 inches. If there is a preference one way or another, please let me know.

Timeline

If possible, initial design by Mon, Nov 25. and then design finalized by Mon, Dec 9

There was follow up from Robin saying that: Following up here to say we have scoped pricing for the smaller buckslip of 8.5 inches by 3.5 inches. The vendor recommended leaving a border around the edge so the artwork doesn’t bleed into the edges – so let’s please go with 8 inches by 3 inches for dimensions to allow for a 1/4 inch border.
