"Understand the issue" doesn't open/unfold in Chrome and Safari #46

Expected behaviour (How should it be)?

Understand the issue unfold into text when I click on it

Actual behaviour (What is wrong)?

Nothing happens after I click on it

Steps to reproduce (What should I do to see the problem)?

Go to the issue page e.g. Openness and click on "Understand the issue"

Which part of the website does it belong to (add link, if possible)?

It was a cache issue.
