E-pub on Windows 10 Edge browser #75

Expected behaviour (How should it be)?

A user report that the Epub version doesn't render properly on Windows 10 Edge browser.

PDF works fine.

Actual behaviour (What is wrong)?

Steps to reproduce (What should I do to see the problem)?

This may be beyond our control to fix, but I wanted to failthfully report in case it's a common issue.
