Elastic Beanstalk Amazon Linux AMI (AL1) platform retirement June 30, 2022 #833

... we are reaching out to remind you that Elastic Beanstalk will retire platform branches [1] based on Amazon Linux AMI (AL1) on June 30, 2022... AWS account identified is the mozilla-labs account.

Need to either update Elastic Beanstalk or shut down the service if no longer needed.

Elastic Beanstalk on Amazon Linux AMI (AL1) can be shutoff

The Elastic Beanstalk Application name listed in AWS is hub.towtruck.mozillalabs.com.

A quick search of the MozillaFoundation Github Organization reveals that the towtruck application is shut-off per this Heroku inventory spreadsheet and also listed in this Github Issue https://github.com/MozillaFoundation/mofo-devops/issues/557

Since the aplication has been shutoff, the task is just to shutoff and clean up this Elastic Beanstalk service.
